Solar pre heat system – Thermal storage – Gas Regulating – Domestic how Water
Commissioned in 2014, the system utilises a solar preheat system to supply the domestic hot water to the new medical facility.
The solar field heats 2,000 litres of primary hot water supply which then passes through a further 2,000 litres of thermal storage where the temperature of the water is raised to the required level before being drawn to the ring main system.

Commissioned in 2013, the system utilises a solar preheat system to supply the domestic hot water and space heating through two levels of hydronic pipework to the new medical facility.
The solar field heats the primary hot water supply contained within a thermal storage tank. A Natural Gas boiler (Bosch) regulates the water temperature. Hot water is drawn from the system for the facilities domestic hot water supply and hydronic heating system.
