The certificate of warranty applies to the products listed below, some of the products come with the *Manufactures Warranty.

Your SmartHeat warranty takes effect after the completion of the commissioning period. And the final account balance of all works undertaken has been settled.

 

Electrical Items: 1 Year

Hydronic Pump: 2 Year

*Wilo Pump: 1 Year

Mechanical Valves: 2 Year

SmartHeat Solar Collectors: 10 Year

Hydronic Pipes: 25 Year

SmartHeat Aquacell Storage Tank SH500 - I:   SH500-II : 5 Year

Stainless Steel Coils: 3 Year

Plate Heat Exchanger: 3 Year

SmartHeat Heat Pump Compressor: 5 Year. Parts and Labour 2 Year

Electrical Under Floor Heating Cable: 10 Year

*Bosch Boiler Part & Labour: 2 Year [With a Bosch registered card]

*Bosch Boiler Heat Exchanger: 5 Year [With a Bosch registered card]

Workmanship: 1 Year

Maintenance - Service call: 

None existing customers $250 including 1 hour service attendance, all materials within the Sydney metropolitan area.

Existing customers $150 including 1 hour service attendance, all materials within the Sydney metropolitan area.

 

 

Labour cost after the first hour $95 per hour plus gst, per person plus all materials.

 

Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HOW YOUR WARRANTY WORKS FOR YOU.

All the information attached to our warranty services and information complies with the requirements of
the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and further compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure
does not amount to a major failure.

The rights given by the SmartHeat warranty are in addition to those covered under the Australian Consumer Law.

The system and elements listed above are warranted by SmartHeat Pty Ltd against defects in design, materials and manufacturing for
periods listed above from the date that the system is commissioned.

Any parts replaced under warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 12 months from the date of
completion of repairs, whichever is greater. Should the system be outside of the above outlined warranty period the part only will
be covered. Labour costs shall be borne by the owner.

Your SmartHeat warranty takes effect after the completion of the commissioning period. And the final account balance of all works
undertaken has been settled.

 

No responsibility shall be accepted by SmartHeat for:

a) Damage to the system or property if it is found to have been continually used after a fault within the system has occurred

b) Unavailability of parts from suppliers

c) Delays due to unusually high demand for service

d) Damage caused by a leak in the system.
